Linda Rue holds a MA in Liberal Studies from Hamline University in St Paul MN, where she also attended Law School. She attended the University of Chicago and University of Minnesota for her undergraduate education. Linda's previous experience includes both admission and financial aid counseling at the University of Minnesota as well as educational evaluation in the therapeutic milieu. Linda was the Director of College counseling, standardized testing and senior class Dean at Mounds Park Academy in St Paul MN. Linda was the Director of College Counseling at Savannah Country Day School from 1997-2003. She then served as an educational consultant in San Francisco from 2003-2004. Linda has 20 years of experience as a private College Counselor in Savannah, San Francisco and Minnesota. Linda is an active member of the National Association of College Admission Counselors and is a member of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling.
Helese Sandler received her Social Work degree from University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa in 1981. Helese has worked as a social worker in a Child Adolescent and Family Unit dealing with a wide range of behavioral and educational problems in children and adolescents. Before moving to the United States, Helese helped to establish a Child Abuse Clinic and a telephone counseling service for abused children in Johannesburg. For the past 10 years she has been the tuturing coordinator of the Tutoring Center at Royce Learning Center where she was involved in educational consulting, testing and working with students with special needs. Helese has had 20 years experience working with and counseling children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings focusing specifi cally on educational and emotional needs. Helese is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. She is also a member of the National Association Of College Admission Counselors and the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling. |
