Ally Flynn
MS, Mechanical Engineering · BME, Mechanical Engineering — University of Dayton
Mathematics, Science & Test Prep Specialist
Ally helps students build deep mastery and problem-solving confidence in math through AP Calculus BC, science, and SAT/ACT preparation.
Ally Flynn brings an advanced engineering background and a passion for student-centered problem solving to Savannah Educational Consultants. She holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, along with a minor in human movement biomechanics. During her undergraduate years, Ally tutored calculus and conducted research studying the freezing point of sustainable aviation fuel. In graduate school, she served as the Lead Systems Engineer on a hypersonics program before working as a Test Engineer and Test Manager on high-speed wind tunnel testing at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee.
Following her husband's military stationing at Hunter Army Airfield, Ally relocated to Savannah in early fall 2026. She believes deeply that true mathematical and scientific understanding grows through active practice, structured problem solving, and guided application. Guided by the proven 'I do, we do, then you do' instructional model, Ally works in person with students to build not just immediate procedural fluency, but lasting conceptual confidence and independence across advanced math, sciences, and college entrance exams.
