Cathy Girardeau
ACC, Associate Certified Coach
Career and Professional Coach — ACC
Cathy coaches adults through career transitions, difficult workplaces, and the conflicts that come with both.
Cathy is an Associate Certified Coach and a trained mediator who spent years as a human resources leader in Savannah before founding CG Coaching & Consulting. She works with professionals navigating career change, leaders trying to shift a workplace culture, and teams caught in conflicts that have stopped being about the original issue.
She is active in Rotary and with the local Mediation Center. Career coaching and mediation draw on the same underlying skill: getting people to say the actual thing, so the actual thing can be addressed.
